President of Ico-D (International Council of Design) (2015-2017)
David Grossman is a practicing designer in the field of environmental graphic design. He is current President of ico-D (International Council of Design), the largest international organization representing the international multidisciplinary community of professional designers, composed of professional designer associations, design schools and design promotion entities. David was a founder of the Israel Community of Designers and served as its first President. He was also a founder of Vital – The Tel Aviv Center for Design Studies that later formed the departments of Industrial and Graphic Design at Shenkar College in Israel. David has organized numberous design exhibitions and festivals, and has lectured and served on many design award juries in many countries around the world. In recent years he has been involved in the development of the design industry infrastructure in China.
