She is in charge of SIDA for nine years, and the members grow from 49 to 800+, which become the largest professional industry organization of industrial design in China and even in the world. At the beginning of the founding of SIDA, she seized the opportunity to vigorously promote comprehensive strategic cooperation in Shenzhen-Hong Kong design and pay close attention to the matching of industrial design and industry. She successfully planned and hosted the first session of China (Shenzhen) International Industrial Design Festival, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cultural and Creative Forum, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Design Biennale; Leaded the Shenzhen designers to the world such as participating 100% Design in London, attending the annual conference of American industrial designers in 2012, sign strategic design cooperation agreements with Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the United States and other developed cities and countries, etc.
