The public registration has officially ended at 24:00 on June 20, 2025 (Beijing Time). Registration during the public registration phase was free, and the DIA Committee encouraged all applicants to complete their registration during this period.

For those who miss the public registration phase, DIA committee specially sets up an additional registration phase and charges corresponding fees based on the extension, which will be used for the additional evaluation and organizing costs. No fees will be charged for the expert-nominated entries and entries from the innovation incubation group throughout the process. The specific details are as follows:

Fee Standards

*The Registration Fee shall be based on the time of entry submission in the system (Beijing time). Overdue submissions will be charged at the next phase’s fee or deemed as invalid.

*After submitting the entry, payment must be completed before the deadline, with the payment validity subject to the receipt time of the payment.

Additional Registration Phase 1: Applicants must have the payment successfully received by 24:00 on July 20 (Beijing time). If overdue, applicants will be charged USD 420 per entry.

Additional Registration Phase 2: Applicants must have the payment successfully received by 24:00 on September 20 (Beijing time). If overdue, the submission will be regarded as invalid.

*Upon completion of registration and payment, participants will be deemed to have confirmed their participation in the evaluation. The DIA committee will proceed with organizing additional evaluation and related matters. For withdrawal or cancellation of registration, the fees paid will not be refunded.
